Trade Your Old Phone for a New Phone
Unicell offers a trade-in option where you can bring in your old phone and receive credit toward the purchase of a new phone. The trade-in value will be determined based on the condition, age, and model of your old phone. The trade-in credit can be used towards the purchase of a new phone from Unicell.
Exchange Policy
Unicell offers an exchange policy for eligible products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it for another product, you can do so within a specified time frame. The exchanged product must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation intact.
Return Policy
Please note that Unicell does not currently have a return policy. We only offer trade-in and exchange options as outlined above.
Cash on Delivery (COD) and Advance Payment
Unicell offers Cash on Delivery (COD) option for customers located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, with delivery within 3 hours of placing the order. For customers outside Islamabad/Rawalpindi, we require advance payment for the products/services ordered, including the trade-in or exchange value.
Open Parcel Delivery
To ensure that you receive a new and genuine product without any issues, Unicell offers an open parcel delivery option. You can request to open and inspect the parcel upon delivery to verify the contents and condition of the product.
